NedLes has the "keurmerk inburgeren" seal of approval:        

This means that we have satisfied all the quality criteria required to meet this standard. As NedLes is an approved supplier then course participants who are required to take the Dutch naturalisation exam can apply for a loan or a grant, to help with the course costs. There is also the possibility that your municipality will sponsor you with a Personal Budget.

To qualify for a grant you must meet the following criteria:

  • You must have received your (temporary) residence permit before January 1 2013;
  • You must pass the Dutch Naturalisation exam or the National exam NT2 within three years;
  • The council will not pay the course costs for you;
  • You must be required before 01-01- 2013 to take the civic integration exam;
  • You must have taken the course at an approved supplier.
If you pass the exam and meet all the above conditions then you could qualify for a grant of 70% of the course fees up to a maximum of €3000,- .

For those who got their residence permit after 2013, there is a possibility for a loan; not for a grant.

Prepare for the Civic Integration exam, or State examination NT2-1 or NT2-2 with a Personal Budget (PIB)
You can prepare for Civic Integration exam (inburgering,) or NT2 exam I or II with a personal budget (PIB) of your municipality.
